Prices
The prices that are displayed are the correct prices at the time of publishing
and there are no other hidden charges or VAT added to these prices.
We reserve the right to alter, amend or change the times, delivery, prices and
stock at any time without prior notice or explanation.
Portrayal of products
Most of our toys are made from natural materials, some are either hand made or
hand finished and although every effort has been made to portray these items
accurately, slight variations may occur. We cannot take responsibility for any
errors made.
All measurements are quoted approximate and colors may slightly vary for each
product.
To keep our prices low we try to use recycled packaging so if it looks like our
boxes have been used that is because they probably have been.
Availability
We try to always keep sufficient stock of all of our products, but there maybe
be times where we cannot send your order out immediately and may have to wait
for our suppliers to deliver. We will advise you if that is the case and give
you the best time estimate for the delivery.
Returns
We only supply products of the highest quality and hope that you will be
delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied
with the product, please contact us by e-mail at
enquiries@ilovetoys.co.uk and we will be happy to exchange it or refund
the money.
We regret that the postage, packaging and insurance incurred in the delivery of
the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days in its original condition and
packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item, as claims for lost items
without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund cost of
postage with the exception of faulty goods or where an error has been made with
your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched, by contacting
enquiries@ilovetoys.co.uk but please note that most of our orders are
dispatched within 24 hours.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving
the goods. You should do so by contacting us first by e-mail
enquiries@ilovetoys.co.uk and returning the goods to the provided
address at your own expense. Goods should be unused, unworn and with any labels
attached and in their original packaging. We will then cancel and refund your
original order excluding P&P charges. Please see Returns for more
information.
Please note your right to return the product does not apply to any tailor made
items made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are
faulty.

Any use of this website or its contents including copying, storing it or them in
whole or parts, other than for your personal, non-commercial use without the
written permission of Ilovetoys is prohibited.
You may not modify, re-post or distribute anything on this website for any
purpose.
Safety Regulations
All of our products comply with appropriate safety and regulations.
All of our toys comply with European Toys Safety standards and where appropriate
carry CE Marks.
If the manufacturer needs to recall the product for any reason we will contact
you as soon as possible.
Liability Disclaimer
Total liability of Ilovetoys (further 'we') for any claims howsoever shall not
exceed the price of goods supplied by Ilovetoys to the customer.
'We' shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a
breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We also cannot accept any
liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the
website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
'We' do our utmost to check the accuracy of the information provided on our
website, however 'we' cannot guarantee that this information will be error free
and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on
this website may include inaccuracies and typological errors.

We take a great deal of effort in insuring our website is problem free and free
from viruses, however this cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible to protect your password and account and any activities that
occur under your account. "We" shall not be liable to any person for any loss
or damage, which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your

'We' shall not be accountable to any person for loss or damage, which may occur
to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

We do not hold credit card information. All the payments are made through a
secure website (Google checkout) using the latest technology. For more

About Us
I Love Toys is an ethical company that specializes in Eco-friendly, European and Fair Trade toys. It was born in September 2007,
when two very good friends were contemplating the lack of good quality, fun and unusual toys.
As a retail company we only consider toys that are fairly made from
sustainable materials using ethical labour sources, this means making sure workers get
a fair wage and decent working conditions so amongst other things their
children are able go to school.
We are delighted with the products we stock and hope that when you see these beautiful and fun toys and games for
your little ones to play with and learn from, you will be too.
To make sure that each company conforms to our
strict criteria and standards and take their social responsibility seriously, we contact
them individually and only choose suppliers and manufacturers who meet those
strict criteria.
Our products are constantly changing and we are always on the look out for new and unusual toys and companies.
From wooden toys and puzzles, hand knitted soft toys and traditional arts and crafts to model cars, trains and planes and musical instruments, all our products are high quality and fun.

Delivery Terms
Mainland Standard Delivery
For all standard delivery orders below £15 we offer special delivery charge of
£3.20.
For all standard delivery orders over £15 we offer delivery charge of £4.95 per
order to all UK Mainland addresses regardless of the size of the order. We use
Royal Mail or courier services depending on the size and value of your order.
Our standard times are 3-5 working days for smaller items or 7-10 working days
on large items. This is noted bellow the product description.
Please also note that all of the corrugated cardboard play houses have a special
delivery of £5.95 and will take up to 10 days to deliver. This is due to the
size and the weight of the product.
Highlands and non-Mainland
Wherever possible we try to get the cheapest delivery charges for you with Royal
Mail, but depending on the weight and the size of your parcel we may need to
use other courier services in which case the price will be calculated
separately for each order and e-mail confirming the delivery charges send to
you prior to your order being processed.
Express and Next Day Delivery
If you require Next Day Delivery, we will need to receive your order by 1pm on
that day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday before 1pm. There
is however higher charge for this service of £9.95 per order.
Overseas
We are able to ship to most places in the world and costs differ accordingly. If
you would like us to quote you for a particular destination please do not
hesitate to contact us by e-mail enquiries@ilovetoys.co.uk
ready with your order. We try to reply within 24 hrs with the best price we can
find for a particular destination.
Delivery times will differ according to the destination.
Notes
Please note that as we do not provide our own delivery services, we can not give
you an absolute guarantee that your items will arrive on time. We do however
take a note of every single order and can track it back with Royal Mail or
other courier company.
